Breast and Ovarion, Lung and Skin, Brain and Liver, Prostate and Colon... cancer can effect just about any part of the human body. Some forms of cancer are preventable, others tend to be genetically based, while even others have unknown causes.
Women should see their Gynecologist once a year, or every six months if cancer runs in their family. They should learn how to do their own self-breast exams and should do them monthly. Men should have regular check-ups by their doctor including testicle and anal examinations. At the sign of any strange lump in your body, or any change in your health that is unusual, you should see your doctor right away. Eating well and taking care of your body means for a better chance of never getting cancer, and early detection is key to your own survival.
